HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN BIRYANI MARINADE

Marinades are made to up the flavour of whichever meats they are rubbed on.

INGREDIENTS

1 Cup Plain/Natural Yoghurt

2 Tablespoons Ground Turmeric

2 Tablespoons Garam Marsala

Pinch Salt

2 Tablespoons Ginger Garlic Paste

1 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

METHOD

Add whole chicken to bowl

Add the  turmeric, garam marsala, salt and cayenne pepper onto the chicken

Add the ginger garlic paste and yoghurt. Thoroughly rub the marinade onto the chicken ensuring every piece of the chicke is coated well

Cover the chicken with cling film and marinate overnight or 4 hours if cooking immediately

Use the marinated chicken to cook your chicken biryani

Whether you are using the marinade on whole chicken or pieces like wings, rhighs or drumsticks, the combination is just perfect

You can use the marinated chicken to cook this delicious veggies stir fried chicken

Skillet fried chicken will taste great when you use the marinated chaicken

This red wine chicken was made perfect by the addition of the marinated chicken

I used the marinade to add an extra flavour to this chicken breast brocolli stir fry chicken
