Remember how I told you that we celebrated Mashujaa day with some beans curry and beef? Well this was the beef dish that accompanied all the meals of that day. Unless you are vegan or vegetarian, everybody loves LOVES beef! Or maybe its just me, can it really be. I do love my Nyama Choma so fried beef, what we Kenyans love to call “beef wet fry” or “dry fry beef” is closer to Nyama Choma! This beef dish is one of those that you will be enjoying with your family on a regular basis. It is that delicious, I can guarantee you that!
